Hope Project Restoration: Terms & Conditions
1. Introduction & Acceptance
By joining —you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before participating. These terms govern your relationship with Hope Project Restoration and its parent company (Jubi Ventures Pty Ltd), as well as any compensation or reward programs tied to this subscription.
2. Eligibility & Participation

You must be at least 15 years old and legally eligible to enter into contracts in your jurisdiction.

Membership becomes active once your first purchase (min R360 per month) is received via our verified payment methods or bank account details.
3. Subscription & Membership

Membership is renewed monthly through the purchase of any of the products to the min value of R360.

To remain active and qualify for benefits (e.g., commissions or team-building rewards), you must make the minimum monthly purchase.

If payment is missed, benefits for that month may lapse, though membership remains open unless cancelled. However no commissions can be earned if you are not active.
4. Rewards & Commission Structure

Active members may earn commissions by sharing and selling any of the products or by building a community —subject to the current reward system, which Hope Project may modify at its discretion.

The month runs from the 1st to the last day of the month.

Referral or community -based rewards apply only if all team members are active via their qualifying monthly purchase.

Commission payments are processed between the 1st and 5th of the following month. Hope Project Restoration reserves the right to change timelines, thresholds, or distribution methods, provided reasonable notice is given.
5. Payment & Refunds

All payments must be made in advance via approved payment methods or EFT to the account specified on our website.

Products are non-refundable once dispatched or collected. In case of defective products, Hope Project Restoration reserves the right to replace upon proof of purchase and evidence of defect.

Any bank processing fees or transaction charges are the responsibility of the Member or Partner.
6. Cancellation & Termination

You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support via email or website form.

Hope Project Restoration may terminate your membership immediately if you breach these Terms, engage in illegal or unethical behavior, or misrepresent products or the Project offered.

Upon termination, you lose access to the products, commissions, and team-related rewards. However, outstanding payments or product dues may still be enforceable.
7. Independent Contractor Status

Unless otherwise agreed, Members and Partners operate as Independent Contractors—not agents or employees—and are responsible for any taxes, licenses, or legal compliance related to their activities.

You may only promote Hope Project Restoration Products and opportunities using approved materials and messages. Misrepresentation or unauthorized claims (including income projections) are prohibited.
8. Product Use & Liability.

Hope Project Restoration is not liable for any injury, misuse, or allergic reaction stemming from use of our products.
9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, products, and promotional materials are and remain the sole property of Hope Project Restoration.

Members may use approved branding and materials for promotional activities under license only. Unauthorized use or reproduction is prohibited.
10. Modification of Terms

Hope Project Restoration may update these Terms at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to the website or email notification. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.
11. Force Majeure

Hope Project Restoration is not liable for delays or failures resulting from events beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, supply chain disruptions, or government actions).
12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of South Africa.

Disputes will first be handled via good-faith negotiation. If resolution is not achieved, disputes may proceed to mediation or arbitration per applicable South African regulations. You may also pursue other legal remedies as permitted by law.
13. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and official compensation plan documents, form the entire agreement between you and Hope Project Restoration regarding membership and referral activities. This project will be administered by Jubi Ventures Pty Ltd.
